Inactive Accounts & Shadowbanned
Perhaps if someone is not tweeting or performing an activity, it does not necessarily nor automatically imply they are not logged in or haven’t logged for a long while.
This refers to accounts “with no tweets & no log in for years,” Elon Musk clarified. You can’t really tell when someone last logged in just by checking their handles.
On the other hand, Twitter is working on a new user-focused feature, it will be able to tell you if you’re shadowbanned. This has been announced by Elon Musk, the owner himself.
Twitter is working on a software update that will show your true account status, so you know clearly if you’ve been shadowbanned, the reason why and how to appeal
